CINKO SCM Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005, with its roots in import and export logistics dating back to 1998. As one of the pioneering enterprises in China’s import and export logistics business, it holds a significant position in the industry. The company has been publicly listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations since March 5, 2015, facilitating broader access to investment opportunities.

The company specializes in NVOCC (Non-vessel Operating Common Carrier) business, subject to possessing the necessary registration certificate for NVOCC business qualification. Additionally, it offers enterprise management consulting services and engages in wholesale and retail trade of electromechanical equipment, metal materials, and mechanical equipment. Furthermore, it conducts domestic wholesale and import of coal (excluding physical coal trading, storage, and transportation in Beijing), as well as retailing automobiles, automobile parts, and accessories. It provides automobile leasing services and electric vehicle charging facilities. The company also facilitates import and export trade, acting as agents for such transactions and managing technology imports and exports. (These activities exclude commodities under state trade management regulations; any involvement with commodities subject to quota and license management will adhere to relevant state regulations). Additionally, the company offers domestic shipping agency services.

History

Since 1998, the company has been involved in the field of Ro-Ro vessel, fostering strong partnerships with the world’s leading shipping firms, including Warren & Wake(W&W EUKOR), Norwegian Wahl(HOEGH), Merchant Marine Mitsui(MOL), Groves(GLOVIS), and Japan Cruise Lines(NYK). By 2008, the company held the top position in China’s Ro-Ro export industry for 9 consecutive years. During this time, the company offered a comprehensive full Ro-Ro three-times-a-month service from China to the Red Sea, Mediterranean Sea, Persian Gulf, East Africa, and West Africa. Furthermore, the company expanded the capabilities to include routes to Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Southeast Asia, facilitating exports to Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, and Caribbean countries, as well as the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia. For these destinations, the company provides twice-monthly service to meet customers’ needs.

In 2010, the company underwent a shareholding reform and welcomed EUKOR (South Korea), the industry’s largest carrier, as a strategic investor. This transformation positioned the company as a leading automotive logistics service provider.

Established in 2011, Tianjin CINKO Vehicle Logistics Co., Ltd. operates within the vehicle import and export sector, engaging in the trade of both new and used vehicles.

Established in 2017, Beijing Chaoyang Aion Automobile Sales Service Co., Ltd. operates within the new energy vehicle sales sector, specializing in the electric vehicle sales and related services.

In 2020, Tianjin CINKO Vehicle Logistics Co., Ltd. became a pilot enterprise for the export of used vehicles registered with the Ministry of Commerce.

In 2022, the Group entered into bare-boat charter agreements for two Ro-Ro vessels and established Huachen International Hong Kong Co., Ltd. This entity operates within the international shipping sector, engaging in international vessel operation business.
